Refunds

If you would like a refund and the item is maximum 30 days since delivery to your premises. You will be responsible for posting the item back to our returns department. Please follow the steps below :-

  1. Ensure the item is complete (includes packaging, manuals, tools etc.) and unopened
  2. First contact us via the contact form
  3. Please supply your order details (name, delivery address, item, date received etc.)
  4. We may ask for photographs
  5. Once details are confirmed, we will issue returns number and return address
  6. Add the return number details on to your parcel and return back
  7. If the item is found to be damaged or incomplete we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 50%.
  8. If the item is found to be not our product we reserve the right to decline refund
  9. If a refund is determined to be possible, we will refund the item price less delivery charge (if charged on order)
  10. Refund instructions will be sent to you
  11. The refund will be only be paid back to the original payment card used. Alternatively, a store credit can be given or an alternative similar priced item can be selected

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange, please contact us right away within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to returned unopened and undamaged. You will need to arrange and pay for delivery back to our returns department. Once, we receive and verify its condition, we will send out the replacement.

Damaged Orders

If our products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement or similar item

Undelivered Orders

If the order has not been delivered by the expected delivered date shown in the online tracking page, please contact us with your order details. We will look into the issue and get back to you.

Excessive Cases

If we deem, that a customer is requesting an excessive number of refunds/exchanges orIf the order has not been delivered by the expected delivered date shown in the online tracking page, please contact us with your order details. We will look into the issue and get back to you. undelivered order deliveries, we reserve the right to block user from our website and terminate website customer account. In addition, any pending orders will also be cancelled (without notice). This is to protect our business from abuse of our services and time taken.
